Editorial Reviews

Review

'A very unusual book...the results are coherent and timely, adding a different voice to concerns over enviromental degradation. Trees are highly rhythmical, and the book makes clear that we disturbed many of their rhythms' -- The Scientific & Medical Network, Winter 2009/10 'This is a most unusual, and very inspiring, book. Verena Stael von Holstein channels the nature spirits of the trees. 'Verena has had a strong connection with trees since her childhood, and has been working continuously with nature elementals since 1995. The depth of her intuitive relationship with them is demonstrated in this fascinating book.' --Paradigm Shift Magazine

Very interesting, someday we all may acknowledge our relationship to Mother Earth and knowing the Trees are these old wise spirits who have so much to share with us. The series is a must read.

These series of interviews with Verena Stael Von Holsetin are all conducted by Wolfgang. Here are some kinds of questions:

"Can you speak of the sun demon?"

SAY WHAT? Sun demon? Can you tell us where the heck you got that term Wolfie instead of just throwing it into the mix as if readers know what that is?

"Can you tell us something about the human doppelgänger? What kind of being is it?"

What kind of occult sci-fi novel is the Wolfman pulling this from? Where's the appendix or compendium to help digest these terms, which frankly sound made up.

"What was Kaspar Hauser's task?"

"What does Whitsun mean spiritually and for the cosmos?"

"Is the light during Advent and Christmas a special light?"

Wolfgang asks random questions that mean something to him but little to the reader. I was hoping for context, some order and a focus on building a body of information not random questions important to the interviewer. A wasted opportunity. I've no interest in reading the other books b/c it will be more of the same randomness.

They read like a devotee of Rudolph Steiner wrote the answers. That's one man's perceptions and should not be introduced as nature spirits talking.

Wolfie, you need to step aside and get the whole story, not ask random questions for your personal satisfaction. Many of the questions are also silly.

"What kind of human was Napoleon?"

Answer: "A small one." (see page 213 "Nature Spirits and What They Say). At least they have a sense of humor.
