A nice little snack. Not the healthiest one in the world, but better than most of the garbage snacks that fill the supermarket shelves. Not harmful if one eats them sparingly. Since cashews are the first ingredient listed, there will be more of them by weight than any other single ingredient, if only by a percent. But look at the price. Just under ten dollars a pound. Can we spell ripoff? I bought a bunch of them at the 99 cent center, and that's the only reason I gave the product four stars.
