3.0 out of 5 stars Terrible ending
In the beginning, I enjoyed the book. Everything came together it all made sense until I approached the end. It was so many cliff hangers.Such as, Alicia was acting weird about going to see kimberly, What was that all about? What did she have to tell him? This review is from: The Nature of a Woman: A Novel (Paperback)
When psychologist, Dr. Johnny Forrester was a small boy, he yearned for love and acceptance from his father. His father's praises for his brother Michael, always made Johnny feel inadequate, but he never gave up trying to please him. As he grew older he began to look for love and acceptance from women. He mastered the game of manipulating women by listening to their desires and becoming the man they craved. Later he was diagnosed and treated for erotomania, commonly known as nymphomania.

Johnny met Alicia, at a party and they instantly fell in love and married. Alicia is a member of a close-knit group, affectionately named "The Office Girls." As Johnny develops a close relationship with the women, he becomes intrigued with the natural behavior of women and begins to study them and his female patients. However, Johnny is about to commit career suicide and destroy his marriage.

THE NATURE OF A WOMAN is a compelling novel that takes its reader on a psychological trip. The reader invades the minds of the characters, their illnesses and treatments. Also readers are re-introduced to the characters from Stephens's earlier book, The Office Girls. So buckle up, and get ready for a psychological trip of lies, murder, humor and titillating erotic scenes that will blow your mind.

In the beginning, I enjoyed the book. Everything came together it all made sense until I approached the end. It was so many cliff hangers.Such as, Alicia was acting weird about going to see kimberly, What was that all about? What did she have to tell him? Someone texted Johnny, if it wasn't Kimberly who was it? The big cliff hanger was Who killed Gizelle? After The office Girls, I became a big fan of Sylvester Stephen. That book was amazing. This book is not what I expected from him. Of course I loved all the old characters I just expected more. The book was suspenseful, at some point it must come to an end. I just would have liked to know who was Johnny about to serve life for? Just something you don't want to guess about. Disappointed!!!
