I am a vegetarian and a bit anemic so I try to take iron on a regular basis.
I like this liquid iron because it does not upset my stomach and seems to help me not feeling dizzy and tired all the time. It is less pricier than other European products and works just as well.

I use this when I feel draggy and tired but I can't use it on an empty stomach because it kind of turns my stomach leaving me nauseous for a while. I do feel better after that fades but I found taking half dose was better for me and didn't constipate as a full dose seemed to. It doesn't taste good but I've tried worse and it's a small dose so you can chase it with water. All in all a good product and cheaper then most. Try a smaller dose at first to see how you react.
