5.0 out of 5 stars great as a all around litter bag
I actually use these bags for cleaning the cat litter box. The bags contain the odor well and are durable enough to hold a lot of heavy clumped litter. They work well for other small jobs too: picnic trash, and yard pickup for example. I'm sure they will work fine for diapers too.

We were very happy to find biodegradeable diaper bags, especially at such a reasonable price in comparison to other products. Unfortunately, we found that these bags were often fragile and when opening the bag or separating it from the roll, the bag would tear or rip apart. This would sometimes happen a few bags in a row which is particularly frustrating when you have a dirty diaper waiting. Not all the bags tore or ripped, enough though that I would not recommend these bags or buy them again. The ones that did stay in tact worked fine.

Nice price at 0.06 a bag, but already have pulled off three bags and 2 had holes in the bottom..how are you suppose to use a bag with a hole in the bottom???? The rest of the boxes better have a vast improvement!

1.0 out of 5 stars Terrible!!! - don't waste your money, February 4, 2010

These bags are SO thin and weak that they simply don't do the job - you can't even get them off the roll without ripping them, and they are certainly not strong enough to hold a diaper. I'm returning them. The 'classy kid' ones are MUCH better, but expensive...not sure what I'm going to do now.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent diaper disposal bags for travel, December 16, 2011

These are excellent diaper disposal bags-- ideal for travel, eco-friendly, and reasonablly priced.

As others have commented, they are a little on the fragile side. Given how environmentally friendly they are, we found the trade-off worth it. Less guilt about using these so often!

5.0 out of 5 stars Forget the Diaper pail systems!, November 17, 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Nature babycare Biodegradable Disposal Bags for Diapers, 50-Count Disposable Bags (Pack of 15) (Health and Beauty)
When it became no longer cost effective to continue my cloth diaper service, and not feasible for me to launder my own, I turned to disposable diapers. This was a blessing as we took a trip during the transition, and packed disposable diapers.
Packing for the trip home, we discovered we would run out of diapers before we made it back. A last minute dash to a mart in Manhattan to get diapers, turned out to be the best purchase of our trip. We found Nature Babycare diapers and products. Nature Babycare Eco-Friendly Chlorine-Free Diapers, Size 4 (22-37 Pounds), 27 Diapers (Pack of 4) [Amazon Frustration-Free Packaging], Pattern may vary
Not only did we feel good about environmental impact; it was also very absorbent, easy on my son's skin and at a very low price (when Amazon Mom and Subscribe & Save discounts are applied)
When we signed up for Subscribe and Save, I found the biodegradable disposal bags. I thought these were small trash can bags when I ordered, so I was surprised to find that each bag held 1 diaper.
This is the BEST travel item! We did not feel embarrassed to toss the diaper into friends' garbage pails, as the bag enclosed the smell. This was also effective when we had to do diaper changes in the car and were not near a trash can.
I found tall garbage bags Pridegreen Biodegradable 13 Gallon White Tall Kitchen Trash Bags with Ties, 90-Count on subscribe & save. Partnered with a small waste basket and the Nature Babycare care bags, I created the best Diaper pail system I have seen, or (not) smelled!

The Nature babycare Biodegradable Disposal Bags for Diapers, 50-Count Disposable Bags (Pack of 15) product details I appreciate:
50 come in a small roll that fits in a diaper bag
Perforated ends to separate the bags; easily done with only 1 hand
The bag has 2 handles that you can use to tie shut and carry
Fits a soiled diaper and wipes Nature babycare Eco-Sensitive Fragrance-Free Wipes, 70-count Boxes (Pack of 10)
Biodegradable

2.0 out of 5 stars Good idea for eco-friendly product... First box was perfect, reorder box mostly defective!, April 1, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Nature babycare Biodegradable Disposal Bags for Diapers, 50-Count Disposable Bags (Pack of 15) (Health and Beauty)
I had been very enthusiastic about this product as an eco-friendly pickup bag for my dog's business on our daily walk. The first 15-pack of 50 bags was perfect.

However, when I reordered, the next 15-pack of 50 bags...sadly at least half of the bags are defective... The bottom is not sealed properly. I now tie them off at the bottom before I use them to avoid...ewwww...yucky breakthrough messes.

So, I am now revising my previous 5-star review to a 2-star. :-(

4.0 out of 5 stars Good bags..., January 24, 2010

This review is from: Nature babycare Biodegradable Disposal Bags for Diapers, 50-Count Disposable Bags (Pack of 15) (Health and Beauty)
We really like that these bags are biodegradable and use them with biodegradable diapers. They are nice, but pretty thin and will tear easily if you are not careful, especially when you are tearing them off the roll. I would also not use them unless you are putting the soiled diaper straight into the trash bin as I'm not sure how well they would keep in liquid mess. Overall, for the price and environmental impact, I would recommend these bags.

I was using biobags for a long time, but these are much better, and certainly less expensive. Nature Babycare bags are the perfect size for diapers, and for my fruits and vegies (which go into my LA City green bin since I can't compost).
