4.0 out of 5 stars Ahhhh, stressless
I was a little skeptical about this extract until I saw it on the Dr Oz show. I gave it a try and though it will not put you to sleep, it has a calming effect that relaxes you and helps you fall into a deeper sleep. I add a few drops with my camomile tea at night. This is not considered a sleeping aid but more of a stress reliever.

2.0 out of 5 stars Not necessarily worth it.
This product is kind of a let down, it tastes weird and doesn't really do anything. I purchased to help me sleep through the night and to stay a little calmer at work (which is stressful during the holiday season.) This product was really no help, but sort of what I was expecting. You can't expect that an herb is going to fix things for you.

5.0 out of 5 stars Nothing beats a good night's sleep!, July 3, 2011

This stuff is absolutely wonderful! I wish I'd known about it years ago. It doesn't "knock you out", but it has a sedative effect that really helps you relax and fall into a deep sleep. It also helps tame my "Jimmy legs" (restless leg syndrome). I put one dropperful into a glass of water before bed. I highly recommend this to anyone with restless leg syndrome, anxiety or insomnia. It's a permanent fixture in my bathroom now! I noticed that it's an additive in many European sleeping medications.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great relaxation and sleep aid, July 25, 2011

My husband has great difficulty unwinding and shutting off his mind at the end of the day. I give him this (still waiting on my other herbs I've ordered) either alone or with a tea. It seems to help either way to relax him and give him restful sleep. I've also taken it and compared nights I take it with nights I don't. I don't know if it is an effect of the herb, but I have very vivid dreams and I also remember my dreams on the nights when I take the Passion Flower tincture. I don't know if there is any science behind that, but it is just my own personal experience. Another interesting note is that even though my dreams often contain elements of danger, I am not alarmed, frightened, or stressed in any way when I awaken.

5.0 out of 5 stars This product works!, July 19, 2010

I really enjoy taking passion flower, it helps me relax at night so I can get a restful night of sleep. I tried this product after a friend gave me a sample to try right before sleep. I add a little bit with some water and then go to sleep. I awake in the morning feeling more refreshed than if I dont take it. I like that it is all natural also so I dont get hooked on it.

3.0 out of 5 stars I think it is working but not sure, April 27, 2010
I have been adding this to my co coa for about 2 weeks now and It seems to be making me more relaxed, or so my husband thinks anyway. I will try it for another week to be sure. I was looking for a supplement that would help me relax after a stressful day.

1.0 out of 5 stars Be Cautious..., July 16, 2011

This product induced severe memory lapses and black outs. After having tests run by a few doctors, it was determined that this herbal product did, in fact, cause me to experience memory loses, lapses in what memories I did have, and enabled me to do things during what seemed to be a period of 'black-outs.' Be very cautious before buying this, discuss with a physician, first!
