WHEN I GOT THIS BOOK, I GOT RIGHT INTO IT. I FOUND IT TO BE A TREASURE TROVE OF VITAL INFORMATION ON ALL OF THE APPLICATIONS FOR THESE 2 ITEMS IN THE TITLE. IT IS VERY HELPFUL AND I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH IT. I WOULD DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN!
