each pill is only 185 mg of calcium.
The U.S. FDA's Recommend Daily Allowance is 1000mg per day.
at this rate you need to take 6 pills per day for an average person.
doctors recommend that anyone with a calcium defficiency should take 2000mg a day
so if you are taking these due to a difficiency than you need to take 12 pills per day.

The supplement itself seems to be fine. However, I was disappointed to learn after receiving my order that the dosage was TWO caplets and not one. The reason I ordered this product was I was attempting to reduce the overall number of pills I was taking.

The only thing I can say about this calcium is that typically when I take calcium I notice my nails growing at a faster rate and they seem thicker/stronger. The entire time I took this calcium they grew normally. When I got back to liquid calcium the difference was obvious.

I was getting away from milk over the last couple of years but was worried about it catching up with me. I dont enjoy the taste of milk but didnt want to get osteoperosis. I have been using this product for almost two months now and have been happy with it. It is just as advertised.

I have never been a big milk drinker but dont want my bones to turn to sponge so I have been hapilly been using this product for the last 3 years. It is vitamin D fortefied and you cant beat the price, so I highly recommend it.

Many women neglect the important need for calcium. Osteporosis is a horrible and very easy to avoid disease for most women as long as they have a good source of Vitamin D fortefied calcium. Although this brand is good, there are many out there just as good . dont buy any brand that is not fortefied with vitamin D bacause you wont absorb the calcium

I have an ulcer and it was suggested to me that this supplement would be of assistance. I take two capsules a few hours before bed and I can sleep through the night.

It's very disappointing to receive the two bottles with 4 months to expire. I don't think I can consume it in time.

I have taken coral calcium for a few years now and I love it. It combines a lot of important vitamins and is easy to take. The price for the product is good and anything that helps maintain good health is important to me.
