First time trying flax seed oil. Put it in smoothie and didn't notice it there at all...great! The bottle did arrive with a little leaked out of it though.

I ordered this and hemp oil at same time.This oil has a more neutral flavor than the hemp and olive oil.This oil also has the best omega 3 to 6 ratio.

This flax seed oil is the good stuff. Cold pressed is oil produced with a low-heat technique. The low-heat technique enhances the flavor and preserves the vitamins but lowers the yield. Thus, it's better for you and it tastes better. This stuff is hard to find but Amazon has it. I buy it to make smoothies. They are delicious and cool in the summer.
