I've had a chance to try several of the Nature's Hollow products now: four of the jam/preserves and the maple flavored breakfast syrup. The syrup I wasn't wild about. But the jams are gonna be regular online purchases for me (I got mine through Netrition, which is a low carb supplier I've used since I tried low-carbing, and still use now that I'm not low-carbing, but do try to avoid sugar).

My fave ended up being the apricot. The strawberry, like the others, has a more runny/spreadable/puree-ish consistency, like you made a compote at home from fruit. It's very fruity and happily without sugar and without the sweeteners that cause gas and intestinal ickies. This has xylitol and it doesn't give me any tummy woes at all and sweetens excellently.

I do find an odd faint aftertaste/undertone in the strawberry jam, which is why I took away a star. And I do think the price point seems high. But ya know, if you don't want sugar and want to enjoy some jam on your whole grain toast or low carb pancakes or homemade waffles or, as I enjoy, on your Greek yogurt (these jams are da bomb on Fage 2% plain yogurt), Nature's Hollow is really a great product. I will be reordering.

Great taste zero sugar!! A bit runny - not as consistent as regular preserves, but very good just the same.

This jam is SUGAR FREE and tastes incredible! Xylitol is working on my teeth and reducing my belly fat while my taste buds are singing "OH YEAH"

I will reorder. Not only does this not taste like a sugar free product, it is great even if it was a full-sugar product. Tons of fruit that you can still see and taste...not just a red stained jelly substance!

Loved these preserves. Got both the strawberry and the blueberry. Both have a great taste. It is so good to know they are made with the healthy XYLITOL, which is said to be the only sweetener that does not feed Candida. Thank you, Nature's Hallow.

This was great, I was not expecting jam to taste this good, I will never switch back, the only reason I do not use it every day is because I dont want to run out of it.

Love it, Got more for my family, we are on the belly fat cure diet and knowing that we can still enjoy the sweet taste of jam is worth every penny.

It's almost too good (interesting to see if it spike's my blook sugar). Got it at a local grocer (Sprouts) for under 5 bucks. Checking online to see if I could get it cheaper (guess not).

It's taste is far superior to those major-brand goos labeled as sugar-free jelly/preserves.

This products is a great alternative to full sugar jelly. Tastes good with just the right sweetness.

This is a very nice jam. It spreads well on toast. I most certainly will be purchasing this jam and other Nature's Hollow items again.
