This is the best multi-vitamin I have ever tried. First, this does not upset my stomach or make me feel queasy after I take one. This also seems to have every vitamin/mineral, etc. I will ever need in it. This tastes wonderful, a nice cinnamon apple taste. It is not too strong tasting. The other wonderful thing about this is that you can chew these, too big to swallow, so the vitamins get absorbed into your system faster. I have been taking these vitamins for over 7 years and will continue to do so.

The taste could definitely be better. My daughter had no problem, but for me, the taste took getting used to. What I love is that I can take this vitamin without getting sick. I am Gluten intolerant and have many allergies, so vitamins usually make me feel sick rather than better. This is the first vitamin Ive found that doesn't do that. I can adjust the dosage easily by cutting the wafers in half, and spreading it out during the day. Perfect!

This is the best place I have found to purchase these vitamins. Through Amazon they are the least expensive. A high quality vitamin, offering well beyond the meager RDA recommendations of vital nutrients. The apple cinnamon flavor is thankfully not overpowering, and goes well with both the morning and evening meals.

I was very excited about getting these ... The reviews seemed rather promising but as soon as I popped one in my mouth I had to keep myself from GAGGING! I couldnt even finish it! I have brushed my teeth three times and still taste it in my mouth!! yuck!! What a letdown :(
