Directions
Shake well. As a dietary supplement, take two tablespoons or one capful (about 30 ml) once daily. Enjoy it straight from the bottle or mix with a favorite beverage. Do not exceed recommended serving.

This is a great substitute to the prescription "Horse Pills" that you get from the Doctors Office.
This did not upset my stomach and when I did a vitamin comparison it matched or exceed most values.
I think that this a pleasant alternative to the pills!

This stuff is great for me since I've found myself unable to swallow my prenatal vitamins since I became pregnant. The smell is pretty funky and it doesn't taste particularly fabulous to me, but I need it for my baby! I was so pleased to find it on-line after my local vitamin store ran out and were unsure when or if they'd get it back in.
This stuff is green and thick, it feels like drinking overly sweet kelp. My taste buds are mostly off sweet things since I became pregnant so that may be why I think it tastes funny.

When you first open the bottle and pour your first capful, the looks of the green substance can be a bit scary. Surprisingly enough it doesn't taste bad at all and doesn't have a bad after taste either. 2 thumbs up!!

Soy free!
I will admit while the thick green color didn't bother me but the overly sweet flavor did. We don't eat many processed foods so this might not taste as sweet to everyone. Read more
