I truly think the whole line of spirutein products are a love hate affair - I love blueberry and can't stand chocolate or vanilla for instance. I find peach delicious as well. We have found that if we add more milk than advised it creates a better tasting drink, and it is very healthy to boot. I strongly warn though!! Try the small packets from your local natural foods or even here on amazon, before buying the cans. I learned this the hard way, and now before I buy any new cans I buy multiple single serve packets to try.

Also - I find the whey protein version of these to be very chalky, but again, it's very much about personal taste

I have tried many protein drinks and I would have to say the Spiru-tein is the best tasting of them all!

Like other reviewers, there are some flavors I like and some I don't. Try the assortment packs before buying a bulk pack.

For a variation, try mixing it with soy milk or my new favorite, almond milk. I do use a blender, and these foam less than skim milk (less gassy). As someone with a lap band, that's very important.

For a little extra staying power, I sometimes blend in half a banana.

This, the tangerine dream and the cherry jubilee are my favorite flavors. It really helps to have a blender bottle for these shakes. It mixes them with no clumps and because of the real fruit pieces in them you don't want to use a blender. Also I have made many orders through the vitamin shoppe and have never had any problems.

I didn't like this flavor at all but you may. I found it way too sweet and the extra sugar over the Chocolate and Vanilla flavors is not needed. It seemed very artificial.
