I use this in my morning smoothies and it tastes great. When ordering online, beware. I just received this product in an order and because it was not packed well the can crushed and the safety lid popped open. I now have an order of books and a kitchen counter & floor covered with 2 pounds of sticky powder. I know this is not the place to report damage, except that I am thinking this might not be the best product to have shipped, but rather to be bought locally.

Taste - 5 of 5 I've drank several different protein supplements over that past 10 years and yet I always seem to come back to spiru-tein. The sugar content isn't high and tastes great.
Price - 4 of 5 It's cheaper than doing the bottle drinks. The only bottle protein drinks that may be cheaper are the ones that aren't good for you. Most have upwards of 15g+ of sugar!
Ease of Mixing 4 of 5 This drink can be thick depending on your scoops vs milk content. I usually do about 10oz of milk and two scoops for breakfast. I recommend a mixing cup that has strainer-type filter to easily break down the mix if your on the go like me. I use Ultimate Shaker Bottle.
