I am still trying to understand why someone would expect that this supplement would make them "feel" better or "more invigorated" - come on people, these are vitamins and minerals, not 'uppers'. You take this product for the same reason that you drink your milk and eat your fruits and vegetables - it is good for you and has long-term benefits. Moreover, if you don't like taking pills anyway, then why bother to submit a negative review of a product that tells you right up front that it is a multi-pill supplement? Was it supposed to change your life? {Couldn't it be that the integrity of the various vitamins and minerals is better safeguarded by providing them in a multiple-pill format?) Jeez.

You can probably tell that I am a fan of this product (so is my wife - re the version for women). For one, this is the only such packet of vitamins that I have been able to find that contains the Omega-3 fatty acids (fish oil). The only one, and there are many "packet" products out there. Plus, the extraordinary convenience of the individual packets is very useful. They are so easy to carry with you for taking at lunch, when you travel, etc, etc.

The only reason I am here to place an order is because the CVS drug store chain has evidently purchased the Eckerd chain (at least in my area) and no longer carries this product. So, I have been searching to find an alternate source. I am very pleased to see that not only can I get this item from Amazon.com (I have never before ordered anything other than books and music from them), but also that it is two-dollars cheaper here than anywhere else that I have been able to discover.

If someone has a better alternative than this product please suggest it. Wishing everyone the best of health.

Easy to swallow, nicely packaged, pleasant tasting. Seemed to help maintain my energy on the days I remembered to take them.

I'm not a big on taking vitamins. I tried these and didn't see any difference in how I felt. I will continue to eat right and skip the vitamins.

I'm not a vitamin taker. I thought I'd Test Drive this product to see if it would help me feel more invigorated. It didn't. I enjoyed the fact that each day's supplies of vitamins was packaged in a sealed packet. However, I didn't like the fact that there were six different pills to take. If you don't normally eat a well-balanced diet, then this product would make up the difference. I just didn't enjoy taking so many pills. I also didn't feel any difference, as the product claimed!

It's been a pleasure to Test Drive Dr. Art Ulene's Optimal Vitamin Formula for Men! Using these individualized vitamin packets is different then just taking a multivitamin. For instance, the Vitamin C is buffered and contains citrus bioflavonoids to boost the C's activity. Also, the calcium pill contains magnesium for balance. I'd recommend trying this product over a single vitamin supplement.

I really like Dr. Art Ulene's Optimal Vitamin Formula packets. They're so convenient. The individual daily packets of vitamins and minerals make sure that important supplements aren't forgotten. The fact that they're formulated specifically for men is excellent, too. This is a high quality product that I'd recommend to all men who are concerned about maintaining optimal health.

The vitamins had a good balance, so I think I was getting the right amount to sustain my lifestyle. The pills were easy to swallow. They didn't seem to taste too bad. One of the capsules, after I took it, would leave a fishy taste hanging in my throat for about an hour. It wasn't unbearable, but noticeable. I'd recommend this product to my friends and family.
