We used it for camping and it works very well!

It was easy to use, easy to store and even easier to light, with the self igniter.

We used these burners during a recent power outage and they worked perfectly.

This is a fantastic product. The fuel canister is easy to install and my stove lit quickly and without a problem. I have always cooked on an open fire on my camping trips so i am excited to give this little guy a try. It is the perfect addition to my camping equipment.
UPDATE!!!
I just got back from my trip. The stove is AMAZING! You cannot screw it up. The design will not let you put the canister in incorrectly nor will it let you insert the canister if the stove is not in the off position. Also, you cannot turn the cook top over and put it in the case with canister in it (fantastic safety feature!).

I ordered this stove with a four pack of fuel. The stove as you see it on your PC is light-weight, metal -with a burner knob to turn it high or low, and to light it. It starts something like a snapper on a propane grill. It starts every time, has a nice clean looking, and odor-less flame, and is great for tail-gate meals, any outdoor/indoor, as well as an emergency cooking source. Or even for heat. However, read the warning regarding venting. I like it, and believe it will be even more useful in the near future, so much so -that I ordered a dozen cans of fuel. Which is not all that expensive. I like that. The stove will most likely run for more than a hour on high with a single can of fuel, though I haven't tried it. For camping and all outdoor activities that require a stovetop, this is perfect, and for the price I would add a dozen cans of fuel to have on hand. I would buy one again.

The price is great, and it looks great and works great - I don't regret the purchase. However, I want to point out that the description mentions its utility in case of a power outage, and another review mentioned wanting to have a gas burner occasionally at home, since their stove is electric. I bought this with the intent to occasionally use inside, and was surprised to read in the directions a warning against use indoors due to the emission of carbon monoxide. ?!?!? I wish I knew how high the risk is. Is the statement just to satisfy the lawyers and the risk is minimal, or is it really dangerous? I think I will use it anyways and make sure the stove vent is blowing, but thought another buyer might want to know about this.

We used these burners during a recent power outage and they worked perfectly. The only thing that could be improved is the case isn't big enough for the burner. The lever that locks the butane into place has to be forced into the case when closing. The case is plastic so it can be done.

This little cooking stove is a very nice addition to my power outage supplies. It fits perfectly in it's case and is super simple to operate, I was surprised I needed no lighter to start it up, it self ignites, the gas stove I grew up with didn't even do that. I'm very pleased with it ;-)
The butane fuel can be purchased at Sam's Club/Smart-n-Final/Cash&Carry, best deal I found online was at Sam's Club 12 - 8oz cans for $22.18, I think shipping is like 2 dollars, can't remember but it was VERY LOW on 2/2/12

I went to my local Cash&Carry & bought a four pack of Chef-Master stove butane for $6.48

I really don't care for the noise of generators when the power goes out. I have a charger that will provide electricity for about an hour, then I plug it in to my vehicle to recharge, (for important things like blending food for my tube fed grandson), I have several oil lamps, and two propane indoor heaters, plus a wood burning stove.

This is one of the first items ever where I found it for cheaper at a store then on Amazon. The product seems great and shipped quickly but when I was looking for the gas to use with it a review directed me to try out a local Asian market to avoid shipping cost. When I went to the market I found both the grill and the gas each market about 25% cheaper then the prices I found on Amazon.

So good product, but you should be able to find it cheaper if you have an Asian market nearby.

Appears well made. Uses an 8 ounce can of butane (when you buy butane be sure to buy the can that's made for camp stoves and not for lighters, they have different nozzles and are not interchangeable). I was able to bring a 2 quart pot of water to a full boil in about 10 minutes (of course this will vary based on the kind of pot used). I estimate that a can of butane will provide from an hour and 45 minutes to 2 hours of cook time, which seems reasonable. It is self ignition, so no matches are needed. I bought this as a back up for when I have power outages as I have an electric stove. I am confident that this will let me get the meal on table during a power outage. The storage/carry case is just a bit flimsy but it's good enough and a convenience. I recommend this.

I bought 2 of these and a 12 pack of butane based on the reviews they received. I just got back from a 4 day trip and used this little stove. It couldn't be any easier to set up and use. It puts out a nice, consistent flame, and the first canister lasted for several meals and heating water for coffee in the mornings. The case is a little flimsy (as others have noted), but you don't need it once the burner is out. You'll be hard-pressed to find a better value for under $20. I think I may be putting my 2 burner propane stove away for a while.
