O.k., So here goes. I will try to review this product and subject in the most tactful way I can.

I have never used a product like this before, and read the other reviews on Amazon before proceeding. I work out 4-5 days a week at a gym and figured if I kept my "outside" healthy, why not give it a try and get the "inside" healthy too. Now I could cut back on eating a little, and that wouldn't hurt, but I wanted to try this product, along with the recommended ACAI freeze dried product from Amazon (see my review on that separatley) to see what, if anything, would happen.

So, I usually have one bowel movement (BM) per day in the a.m. I started using the product, as directed, taking one tablet in the a.m. and one in the p.m. Within a few days, my BM's increased to two. There was more content than normal. Not runny or diarehea, just what one could consider a normal and healthy BM. I increased the dosage to two in the a.m. and two in the p.m.. This increased BM's to two or sometimes three per day. The recommendation is that you not take more than 3 in the a.m. and 3 in the p.m. so with that I stayed with the 2 in the am. and two in the p.m. which seemed to be working just fine.

I did not have any "emergency" situations arise. When I felt the need to go, there was no problem. I would 'get situated" and have a large BM in a realtive short period of time and felt fully evacuated (if that is the correct medical term). The same would be true of the second or sometimes, the thrid BM of the day. From time to time, I would have gas, but I attributed that to my eating habits. We will see what happens when I get to the end of the 30 day recommended end of the dosage.

The only thing I am not sure about is whether it is the Super Cleanse or the ACAI is having the effect on my BM's. I have not lost or gained any weight since I started on March 18, 2009, but like I said, I didn't change my diet. When I reach the end of the 30 day recommended dosage, I will stop the Super Cleanse and continue on with the ACAI and see what happens next.

I felt the product performed as advertised. Can't say how your digestive system will react, but mine had not problems.

After over 20 years of suffering with autoimmune problems and Irritable Bowel Syndrome, I was finally diagnosed with Celiac disease a couple of years ago. The long-term damage to my system was so pronounced that I have also developed allergies to casein and nuts. Needless to say, I've been desperate to find something that will help me "normalize" my system (to the greatest extent it can be), and cleanse it as well. This product--and the whole line of Nature's Secret Cleansing products--was EXACTLY what I was looking for. Excellent, effective, and allergen-free. Two-a-day along with an allergen-free diet and my IBS is a thing of the past. Best of all--no prescription medication needed now! The price is pretty great, too.

I started taking 1 Super Cleanse tablet twice daily just yesterday. I took one this morning, and today I've had probably 15 watery stools.. I know- too much information,- but this is not at all what I expected. Uncomfortable, and have to stay close to home...

It works. Nothing freaky came out of me. Just 8 pounds of waste. I feel better and have more energy. This is def a jumpstart to getting in shape. PEOPLE!!! GET YOUR INSIDES HEALTHY FIRST!!! Your general health starts on the inside.

After reading the wonderful reviews, I decided to give it a try because I want to lose my last 10 Lbs. I've taken 3 tablets each in the morning and night for 3 weeks, nothing happened to me. I still go on my regular BM schedule about once a day. No weight loss at all. Greatly disappointed!

I would not buy this product again. I didn't see alot of problems that others had reported, but not really any results at all that were expected. I had occ. stomachaches, but no diarrhea. I had a few looses stools, but not many. The worst part was feeling bloated all the time. And I lost no weight! That was my main reason for trying it. And I did take along with the Acai as recommended. Maybe I didn't have the right combination? It was shipped quickly and no problems with company!

Follow the directions and you will clean yourself well and feel better. After a week I back off to 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening daily. I am confident there is no build up of waste in my intestines. No side effects.

Okay, I know some people get squeamish about this subject, but this is a colon cleansing product, so I'm just gonna tell it like it is.

I bought this product because I wanted to poop. I wasn't trying to lose weight, I wasn't trying to "eliminate toxins". I wanted to poop. When I purchased it, I was pooping about twice a week. Not good. Pooping wasn't easy for me, either. So I took some Colace, which helped ease the process, but I still wasn't pooping often enough.

Enter Super Cleanse.

I am a paranoid ball of anxiety when it comes to taking new drugs--so I always cut the dose. I took a half of a pill before bedtime. I woke up the next day, felt fine, and, what do you know? I POOPED. Fabulous. The next night, I took a whole pill, and I woke up with some minor stomach cramping (boo), but again, I pooped. Easily. Yay!

So, this product works. I imagine it might work too well for someone who doesn't have issues with constipation. But for me, one pill makes me poop once a day, like a normal healthy person. That's all I wanted. The mild cramping isn't the best feeling in the world, but I'll take it over not pooping, ever. Believe me, a little cramping here and there is a big improvement over my previous twice-weekly massively painful pooping experiences and constant state of bloat. My stomach is flatter now too.

A few tips:

1. Drink A LOT of water while you take this. It's dehydrating.
2. Start with 1/2 a pill or one pill a day until you know how your body is going to respond
3. Don't freak about the people who say cascara sagrada (or whatever the main herbal ingredient is) is dangerous because it isn't FDA approved. Herbal stuff is never FDA approved. It's just a laxative. Same as dulcolax, but gentler on the system.

I'm happy with this product. I gave it four stars because of the cramping.

I have given this product enough time to take effect and was really excited to get started, but nothing different happened. Oh well back to raisin brand and prunes.

I got this after reading good reviews about the product. I followed the instructions for 2 weeks. It did nothing for me, gave me a stomachache every time I ate anything. I did not loose weight, or gain energy, or see a difference in my skin as some people claimed. I wish I could return it.
