Amazon has deleted all reviews for this product as most were negative. Do not buy this item! Nature's Secret has renamed it for the 2nd time as a way to edit out the bad reviews. The original product "Cleanse with Multi-Fibers" was excellent before they changed to "Multi-Fiber Cleanse" which is no where as good as the original a for said product. Multi-Fiber 275 tabs
