I suffer from IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) and I found that this product did a great job cleansing and regulating my bowels. I did not loose any weight and I never expected to, but it did an amazing job regulating my system. Once you try the pills, you will realize there is "nothing" synthetic about them, it's almost like taking two vegetable tablets. THIS PRODUCT WORKED GREAT and I will most definitely consider other prodcuts manufactured by this brand.

This product did absolutely nothing for me. No change in bowel habits. No reduced bloating. Nothing. I was so suprised by the lack of any sign that I was even taking these pills that I double checked the expiration date (but the product was not expired, so I couldn't blame it on that). I would have had just as much success taking a sugar/placebo pill. I am now taking basic over-the-counter fiber pills and I am having more success with those. This was really a waste of money for me!
I tried this because the gentleman in GNC recommended this product. I should have read the reviews first. Day one, nothing. Day two a little gassy. Day three, the worse bloating due to gas I've ever experienced! This product did the complete opposite for me than what is described on the package.

Didn't do anything
