This pillow is just the right size for a side sleeper. It supports the neck just so while keeping the cervical spine in alignment.

Knew I was getting the small one but didn't realize just how small it would be. Too small in the height, length and width. Very disappointed because it's therefore making my neck problems worse. Going to get a non-organic one that's bigger for now.
