My Holistic Doctor recommended this shake to add more protein to my diet and help me loose some extra pounds. It tastes great and mixes well. I usually add the mix to 8 oz of coconut water, mix it in a blender cup, then add 8 oz of light coconut milk, then shake it again and drink. It satisfies my cravings for sweets and chocolate, it is fortified with lots of vitamins, instead all the junk that are found in other products. It is light enough that I can drink it 30 min before a workout- and not regurgitate it. It is also a great post-workout snack.
The product is made by Nature's Sunshine.

I love the way this protein drink tastes, it has healthy ingredients, and the calorie to protein trade off is quite good. I just have to be very careful when I drink it or it can really upset my stomach. If I drink it on an empty stomach, I better not leave the house for a while.
