Recently my Dad and I began taking these and over the course of 3 weeks we both felt overall better. It increased both of our energy levels and even improved (not to get gross) our "bathroom habits."
We ran out of them and stopped taking them for about a week and 1/2 and did we notice a difference! Less energy and a slight change in "movements."
I picked up more vitamins for both of us and we noticed the change again rather quickly.
I have never really been the type of person who endorses or depends on vitamins, but I would definitely recommend these to others and have done so to my friends and family.

If you have GI problems with vitamins, you might consider these since they don't have yeast in them. Most multivitamins contain yeast in them and supposively that can upset people's GI systems. I found that most multivitamins upset my stomach whereas these don't.
Iron can also cause GI upset, especially nausea and constipation. So keep that in mind and consider if you actually need iron when you choose the iron or no iron formulas.
The other benefit is they pretty much just use vegetables, fruits, mushrooms, and other plants to get the vitamins, which is great for those people that want something natural.
The pills tend to be a little big (1" long), and even for a young guy like me, it's hard to swallow. But no problem, just use a little bit of finger strength and they'll break easily in half. Since the coating is more for holding the powder together, it's ok to split it (vs the coating for time release tablets).
- Can't get more natural than veggies, fruit, mushrooms, and other green plants
- No yeast, sugar, preservatives, etc
- Contains 25 vitamins and minerals
- Also contains blends of other plants for other health benefits
- Large pills (might need to break them in half)

Being a vitamin tracker of sorts, I've tried so very many; Rainbow Light, New Chapter, Country Life, Source Naturals, Mega Food and more. My main complaint with so many manufacturers, especially the food-based and food-sourced is the (for me) unnecessary herbs they add. I don't want ginkgo or dong quai or most of the other items that are at best, questionable in their effect.
I just want whole-food vitamins, natural non-herb ingredients that are good for me, not potentially harmful. This formula fills the bill and more. Check out the full ingredient and label info for yourself on their site at Nature's Way. AND this vegan version is in a CAPSULE form. Yes, you're supposed to take six a day (spread out), but I only take four. It's PLENTY! Very dense formula so you can customize. The capsules go down very easy, too.
You get all the basics, but in the best forms. Plus you get (only with these) extras like CoQ10, resveratrol, mushrooms for immunity, eleuthero, green foods, digestive enzymes and much more. It's pretty amazing, actually, what's in these little capsules. From their site:
25 vitamins and minerals
18 amino acids
12 digestive enzymes
14 green foods
12 organically grown mushrooms
One tip: Don't take this in the late after noon or evening...unless you need to stay awake late. I started off taking two in the morning and two at dinner and wondered why I couldn't sleep. It's all the B vitamins. Now I take two in the morning and two early afternoon and sleep great.
Good to know: the D in this vegan formula is, of course, D2 from plant sources. This means it is NOT the superiorly absorbed D3, which is from animal sources.Read more ›
