In the past I've taken multi-vitamins and felt as if they just weren't really doing anything for me. As a result, I stop taking them and over time didn't really feel any different. (Either positive or negative.)
Recently my Dad and I began taking these and over the course of 3 weeks we both felt overall better. It increased both of our energy levels and even improved (not to get gross) our "bathroom habits."
We ran out of them and stopped taking them for about a week and 1/2 and did we notice a difference! Less energy and a slight change in "movements."
I picked up more vitamins for both of us and we noticed the change again rather quickly.
I have never really been the type of person who endorses or depends on vitamins, but I would definitely recommend these to others and have done so to my friends and family.

I had used vitamins sold thru health professionals for years. Because of the cost, I began to try over the counter brands and found my energy level was down considerably. When I tried the Alive vitamins, my energy level went back up like it had prior to changing vitamins. If I forget a day, I also notice a change in energy. I highly recommend these vitamins.

My Dr. suggested this multi vitamin . I've never been good at taking vit.b/c I couldn't tell a difference. BUT, after being on Alive for about 1 week I was gardening for hours, cleaning out closets, energy, energy, energy ! I finally had the energy to do the tasks I wanted to do. My husband asked who I was and where was his wife?? I thought about it and realised it was the Alive vitamins ....I feel so much better overall than I've felt in several years. I will always take these. I turn 50 in a few days and have more energy that my younger sisters. I'm a beliver !

I feel great after just three months on this product. Before I was sluggish I had brain fog and just felt like the walking dead. I feel thirty again,even though I am really 52. Even my skin is looking better. You have got to try this product! You will not regret it.

This is an excellent product that we've used for many years. It's available WITH and WITHOUT IRON, also in 30, 60, 90 & 180 tablet-sizes. We used to use Shaklee, but find that this product seems to work MUCH better for us with a MUCH lower cost. Nature's Way seems to have very good quality control; sometimes a product will not be available for a time, if they can't get quality ingredients. We use many of their other products and wish Amazon would carry them all (and Natural Factors brand, too). We don't ever want to be without this product!

This is by far the best vitamin I have ever used, and I have used many, believe me! After the first 60 days or so, I really noticed a difference in my energy and spirits. I have been using them for about 5 years. I have recommended them to many friends and family - the company should give me a cut! Buy these - I use the ones without iron as I am over 50 and don't need the iron.

I love this vitamin. I can tell it's doing positive things on the inside because my finger nails are growing and I have more energy. Choosing a vitamin is like choosing the right fitness program, it's an individual thing based on each person's needs and body. There is not one perfect vitamin for the entire world, but I know based on how my body responds, that this one is good for me. Pay attention to your own body. Choose a good quality, whold food vitamin and read reviews on the product. A good source to read reviews is [..]. I have nothing to do with them, but I find their information helpful.

These are vitamins whose effect I can feel quickly.
Specifically, By the 6th day, the normal muscle pain I felt
waking in the am was gone. There are so many ingredients here that I don't know which is helping me the most, though I suspect
it's the high Vit B levels.

This was my second purchase of Alive. I have been using it for about four months now and I can really tell the difference with increased energy and just an overall healthier feeling every day. It's tough to describe without experiencing it for yourself. I try to eat right and exercise, but I'm sure I'm missing a ton of nutrients each day. I feel that Alive is giving me that. It's a great multi-vitamin with the only side effect being increased energy. It's not a sugar or caffeine induced burst of energy, but I'm just not exhausted at the end of every day as I used to be. I can take a tablet and go right to sleep.

I have IBS and this is the only vitamin that I have found that doesn't cause cramping. Taking Alive along with a Pro-biotic and daily fiber therapy really helps tame that beast.

I have been taking these vitamins for about 4 years now. I try to take them every day, although I go through short stints of spacing them out. After about a week or so I start to feel a little extra sluggish, and remember to myself, oh yea, I never took my vitamins. I almost immediately can feel them do there nourishing job in a few hours or so. They are really packed full with a great complex blend of herbs, green foods, mushroom blend, bioflavinoids...

Anyway, I'm not being paid to write this review, I'm just endorsing a product that I definitely feel provides quality nutrition to your body.
