Lots of people consume multivitamins. Multivitamins are fine, but most of them don't contain high levels of B vitamins. This formula has all the essential B vitamins, vitamin C, and calcium. B vitamins work together to help your body convert food into energy. They affect your nervous system too. Most people get sufficient amounts of vitamins A, C, D, and E from the foods they eat, but it's not as easy to get a good balance of B vitamins. That's why I highly recommend this Nature's Way B-Stress Formula to anyone that has problems with stress and fatigue.
