***CAUTION*** --> Do not make the mistake that I did and take this pill on an empty stomach. Eat with a full meal. Make sure you follow the directions. You will get a horrendous stomach ache of your life if you don't follow directions. If you are trying this for the 1st time, take caution that this is *extra hot* version - 100,000 HeatUnits (HU) is the most i've seen. Other products have less than half.

I use this product to help with my Blood Pressure problem. I read a recent article on Physorg.com that Cayenne can help with people with Blood Pressure problems (as well as many other problems). Usually, my blood pressure cradles between Stage1 and Stage2. But each time I take one of these pills, my blood pressure drops below Stage1. The best that I've seen (so far) is dropping down by 20 points systolic(10 points diastolic). I've also seen an added benefit when I do a 1hr cardio workout.

I've been hunting for the holy grail "natural" solution to my blood pressure problem: lycopene, grapeseed extract, pycnogenl, coQ10, co-enzymeA, dark chocolate, folic, vitaminE, vitaminD, magnesium, potassium, aspirin, fish oils, Sustained-Largnine, beet root, oats, lincinthin, vitaminC.

Cayenne Extra hot seems to be a bit more effective.

Every person's body reacts differently. Some folks will get lucky a find a natural cure that their body reacts to positively others will stick to the Doctor's Presciption drugs.

One last caution on Cayenne Extra Hot. BE CAREFUL!!! Take with a full meal rather than an empty stomach.

Ok, so i purchased this as a way to help my horrible circulation in my hands and feet. Now warning if it is your first time using there will be some subtle burning in your stomach, just make sure to eat something and drink cold water and it should passed pretty quickly. Now I've been taking this for about a week and already my circulation has improved, which was a necessity for the winter because my hands and feet tend to turn purple during the cold weather. I'm actually surprised on the strength of the pills(you know when the capsules break in your stomach) and if you aren't someone like me who likes spicy food, I suggest to start with just regular cayenne and work your way up to this, I just went straight for extra hot because I love hot food so my stomach is use to it.
