What a great product. I've been taking it for over a week now. It's very potent stuff, I can feel the warmth/heat from the Cayenne Pepper within 2 minutes of taking the pills. The warm feeling in my belly took some getting used to but it's a nice feeling now. I've been diagnosed with High Blood Pressure, I hope the Garlic helps in that department. I'm interested to see how the pills help my exercise and healthier living strategy. I didn't give it 5 stars because I haven't been taking the supplement long enough. But so far so good, try these pills!

These little vitamins really do give your metabolism a boost. As well as exercise and drinking 2-4 cups of green tea I was able to shed my baby weight in a matter of weeks!
