I already take both Choline and Inositol so I know a combo pill is pricey. When I determined how many milligrams of Inositol and Choline I take daily I found that purchasing this combo was actually little more economical for me even though the price per bottle seems high. I paid fourteen sixty eight with free shipping through amazon as the supplier and I am very pleased with this product. It was my first time trying this particular brand, Nature's Way, and I like it very much. If you already take these supplements then you know this is going to be a horsepill no matter what brand you try.
