This product is a terrific find! I have difficulty with blood sugar and fatigue. This supplement helps my body absorb and use protein more effectively. That helps my blood sugar stay more constant and keeps me from feeling the fatigue as a result of the low blood sugar. I recommend this to everyone!

I take the GTF chromium POLYNICOLINATE, not the picolinate that is more common but less effective as i have read in my chrome research online. This is a good brand and the best price on the web (I know, because I'm cheap and spent time looking). I'm not diabetic but it does seem to keep my energy levels higher at work and I don't crash around 2:00pm anymore or crave sweets as much!

i had read an article once about how everyone should be taking chromium daily. i already take a multivitamin and fish oil, so there was no problem with adding this to my regimen. i love that it's a capsule (they go down smoother in my opinion) and a bit on the smaller side. Also the price was great which was why i had bought it in the first place.
