Ive been using DIM for over a year now. Before using this product I would spot before and after my period.I would also have abdomen pain caused by several fibroid in my uterus. This product has completely stopped the spotting, and the abdomen pain has lessened. I have tried to stop taking these supplements and the pain and bleeding become worse. I will keep DIM in my medicine cabinet from now on.
