5.0 out of 5 stars Great fish oil supplement.
This is a great fish oil supplement. It is molecularly distilled so is free of mercury or PCB contamination, and the capsule is small, coated (prevents fish-oil burps), and delivers a relatively large amount of EPA (150 mg) and DHA (100 mg) per tablet. Prices at Amazon.com are about half the cost from health food stores.

3.0 out of 5 stars Great Company
I have taken this product for years with no problems. My last order was different. They have changed the coating and now all 4 people in my family who take this are getting fishy burps. I called the company and they are reimbursing what I paid to Amazon, no questions asked! I will be looking for another product but will stick with this company!

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent Enteric Coated Fish Oil, April 5, 2009
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This is the only fish oil I am able to use without reflux issues.

I have been using Fisol for many years and have never refluxed with

the fishy taste I got from every other fish oil product I tried.

Excellent product.

5.0 out of 5 stars Same product at half the price of Whole Foods, March 29, 2009
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I take these softgels because of the coating and how the are digested (and they are also among the smallest size wise) and even with shipping (by ordering a few bottles at a time) I got them at about half the price of Whole Foods. They came well wrapped and relatively quickly although obviously since they were not sent directly form Amazon they didn't come in two days like they do with Prime.

4.0 out of 5 stars Fisol, May 4, 2008
No fishy taste with this one. A little on the expensive side if you take the recommended dose (3x a day)

5.0 out of 5 stars Finally!!!!, February 22, 2010
I have tried so many fish oils that I had just about given up the search. The ones I tried all left me with fish burps even if they claimed they wouldn't. Thankfully I gave these a try. FINALLY I found a fish oil that is true to it's label. NO FISH BURPS or fishy taste. YAY! I can finally take fish oil! Thak you Fisol.

5.0 out of 5 stars Increased good cholesterol, October 15, 2009
My good cholesterol went from 64 to 83 after I started taking this product. I had stopped taking fish oil due to the fish burps but when my doctor told me he wanted to put me on Lovastatin I asked to try resolving the issue through diet and exercise. I started taking Fisol and when I was tested 3 months later he said my good cholesterol was up enough to forgo the medication.

5.0 out of 5 stars best fish oil out there, March 8, 2009
I did a lot of research on fish oil supplements and tried several kinds. The Fisol brand with the enteric (hard) coating works nicely without any fishy taste. Inexpensive brands are not guaranteed to be mercury and PCB free like Fisol is. I take these supplements since research has shown fatty fish can decrease dementia risks and improve cognitive ability. You will never get a fishy burp after ingesting the Fisol enteric coated capsules. The gel capsule brands out there always gave me a nasty fishy burp. I highly recommend the enteric coated Fisol fish oil.

5.0 out of 5 stars Quickly lowers triglycerides, raises HDL, December 11, 2011
This review is from: Nature's Way Fisol Fish Oil, 180 Softgels (Health and Beauty)
I can only say this in my case and I am not making any medical claims. But, I know for a fact this product greatly lowered my triglycerides from a high to a normal level and increased my HDL (good cholesterol) to an above normal level that the doctors find terrific.

Once when I didn't take them for several months, my triglycerides went back up. When I started taking them again, they went back to normal. So all I can conclude is that this is a terrific product.

Moreover, with other fish oil I get a fish burp and it bothers my acid reflux. Not so this product.

One negative - it does thin your blood to some extent. Before you go to the dentist or have surgery or whatever, you might want to stop it. Talk to your doctor about this if it concerns you. Any fish oil will tend to have this effect with most people.

This review if for both Super Fisol and regular Fisol.

Highly recommended.
