this works great. it thins mucus in your lungs and helps with coughing. Be careful when taking it and dont take to much because to much can make you vomit.
Will also help in curbing your desire to smoke.

Lobelia was way more effective in controling cigarete cravings than any gum or patches. Only of few days, I had lesser desire to smoke. The only thing is you have to take them with food, or else you will feel funny in the tummy. They can leave a funny tate in ur mouth, but it helps the urges for smoking. Drinking mint tell can also help with combine with this herb. Just drinking the tea a lone is not very effective. But sure ask you doctor first, and study the side effects of such mistures if any, and as well any herb before taking.

Had an infection and went to the doctors a number of times. Kept giving me meds and none of them were working. Some seem to make the condition worse. Did some of my own research heard of this stuff and thought I'd give it a shot since everything else seem to fail. Got the stuff fairly fast in the mail and a week of taking them I did notice a difference. It wasn't a instant or complete cure but it had reduced the amount of mucus I have been coughing up for the last 2 months. Like I said not a cure but dose make the bronchial infection a lot more easy to live through.
