I bought this to see if it would help my terribly painful periods. The results are amazing. I try to take three a day every day. I have not had to take pain killers at all for 2 months. I recommend this to any woman experiencing similar problems.

This is fantastic. I get very depressed and extremely on edge every month. I actually sailed through this week like it was a regular week. Of course, I had a few moments but nothing compared to my normal uncontrollable outbursts. I would say it quelled my attitude by 90%. It's like a bottle of normality. Highly recommended!!!

I had really bad PMS for a long time.
Symptoms such as mood swing, cramp, headache, unusual appetite etc.
I take these a week before my cycle begins, and so far I don't notice the disconfort I used to have anymore.
It might be mental thing as well that I have ease of mind taking these to help PMS, but at this point, I'm glad (so is my husband who was a victim of my bad mood) that I've found something natural to cope with my bad days!
