I bought this supplement to add to the fish oil that I take daily with my multi-vitamins. I've been taking it three times a day as directed. I don't notice any results after two weeks, but maybe it takes more time. The claim is that this supplement will help you body burn bad fat and promote muscle growth. I work-out with a trainer once a week, and follow his instructions three other days a week. Hopefully, I'll see the effect before this bottle of 60 is consumed, or I may not be buying this again.
