I love these boots! They are not tight and don't hug the calf, but they are still slimming and good quality! Thick, sturdy and nicely built. They go great with everything. They run small. I typically wear an 8 no matter what style shoe, but these ran a little small so I returned the 8s and bought 8 1/2. The fit great now and I can wear a sock without any problem. Highly recommend!

I am a HUGE Naughty Monkey fan as their shoes are outstanding. These boots are no exception. I ordered them in black color ( very sharp look!). They are soooo comfortable. I am not sure if the shaft will stay up all the time or if it will slouch a bit because they fit somewhat loose( good idea with pull-on boots). It does not really matter - they are HOT. I love them so much that I ordered 2nd pair in rusty (cognac) color which has a lot of red hue in it- gorgeous rich color. I paid under $60 (each) for them- what a deal!!! And they look very expensive.
The delivery was fast. I am pleased and set for fall/winter :)

The picture on these boots is accurate. While the description may say tan, there is a lot of red in them. Perhaps cognac would be more fitting. The chap-like detail is very eye catching and makes these boots very distinct. I never thought I had thick calves, so I was a little concerned about buying these boots given a reviewer's comment about these boots fitting loosely. My calves are apparently larger than hers (athletic most of my life) because these boots fit me just fine. I usually am a 6.5 in dress shoes and a 7 in tennis shoes with socks, so the 7 worked out just right for me. The round toe is flattering and comfortable. I haven't gotten to walk around in these boots a lot, but so far, they seem very comfortable. Might have to get these boots in chocolate.

They look just as good as the picture. I got them in tan. they are high quality and look expensive. The big plus is that they are actually comfortable. These work perfect paired over a pair of jeans or with a skirt or dress. I LOVE them!

I love these boots. They are wider at the foot which allows heavier socks or women like me that have a wider foot. They are very comfortable and I get alot comments on how cute they are

My calves are a little bigger than average, i would not say wide since i have purchased other boots that are not wide and they have fit perfect.This one for some reason wouldn't go up all the way. Since after i received them i noticed that they were similar in color to another pair that i have, i decided to just send tem back

True-to-size, real leather, real cute. I love how tall this boot is! It comes right up below my knee. And the boots are so sassy and different from all the other boots out there. I got the grey leather, it's more of a mushroom grey, but totally cute! Sometimes the wrap-around bow comes loosed for me and I'm still trying to come up with a permanent fix, but it's not too much of a bother. These babies look great with dark skinny jeans. So go ahead, buy them!

I ordered these boots and absolutely love them.Their very comfortable. The leather is soft and they seem to be very well made. The only thing I had a problem with was the strings kept coming untied on one of the boots. I would recommend these to a friend in a heart beat.

This boot was great for the price but it did look a little cowboy-ish when I received it so I had to return them. Also, if you have large calves the fit of the shaft of this boot might be too small. Nice leather and color (the brown/taupe), just not for me.

Be prepared for a lot of compliments! These are very attractive boots, without being "too much". They are a good choice for a date or work. "Fabulous", "Gorgeous", I've heard them all! All together, this was a very good purchase.

LEATHER - The leather is soft, and of good quality. It might not stand up to rugged use, however. Keep it out of the snow.

FIT - The foot length fits true to size. Width is medium/narrow. The calf/shaft is medium/wide and will slouch a bit on a thin leg.

COMFORT - The foot bed is not padded and there is no arch support. If you need arch support, consider that you may have to purchase a "Dr Scholls" type insert.

COLOR - The "gray" color is not really gray. The color in the photos is accurate. It is more the color of cocoa powder.

SELLER - I purchased these boots "Very Good - used" through Amazon Warehouse. They appeared almost new. 3 day shipping was somewhat slow (4 days).
