Natches Mackay and Chaya Dane shared an incredibly strong bond that no one could comprehend or fully understand. When she showed up in their small quiet community last year, no one would have guessed that Natches had rescued Chaya from her captors while being tortured in Iraq years before. He was returning from a sniper mission when he was alerted she was being held. There was never any question as to what he would do, so he went in and rescued her. That was such a horrible time for them both, and he didn't think it could get any worse until he had to hold her while she witnessed her daughter's death. Her husband was a traitor, and was using their daughter as leverage to get the information she had retrieved on her mission. Natches and Chaya in an inordinately short amount of time had developed intense feelings for each other.
After a year's absence since their last encounter, Chaya was back, and Natches wanted to know what she was involved in. He allowed her to leave him twice before, but now he was claiming her as his, and would not allow her to leave him again. The powerful chemistry they had didn't diminish at all, it just intensified, and before they had time to get a grasp on their feelings, the passion burned out of control. Natches knew he needed to get to the bottom of what was going down in Somerset, but he needed to be with Chaya right now. He, Dawg, and Rowdy could feel that something big was brewing, and not just follow-up as she had said. As pieces started to fall into place, Natches realized the man that sired him posed the greatest threat of all. When violence escalated against Chaya, he knew something must be done. He was determined to keep all those he loved safe, and would gladly sacrifice his own life to make that happen. In fact he didn't see any other way.
What a great third book in the Nauti series!! This is my favorite by far. Chaya and Natches are such a compelling couple. She challenges him, and is his equal in everything, so it is exciting to see her stand her ground with him. That is what he needed in his life. I couldn't believe how their story started, and the horror she had to live through. This emotional intense story brought tears to my eyes more than once. The writing was good in both earlier books, but this one surpassed them both. As in the other books, it was important that the whole gang was involved since they are so much a part of each other. This powerful story was gripping, but on the other hand, the erotic scenes were hot enough to scorch. Steamy doesn't even begin to describe it! It is such a treat to be immersed completely in a story that has it all.

Sizzling romance for those who love their men Nauti!!, August 5, 2008

Estranged would be a kind word for Natches Mackay's relationship with his father. Having recognized the evil in Dayle Mackay years ago, he has distanced himself from him wherever possible.
Dayle's suspected involvement with the theft of government missiles makes that a little difficult, especially when Chayla, the one woman who Natches has never forgotten, is the agent assigned to investigate Dayle and his cronies.
Now Natches and Chaya must work together to bring the would-be terrorists to justice while dealing with their own past together and a passion that proves harder to defuse than those missing missiles.
Those of us who are fans of Lora Leigh's NAUTI BOYS books have been waiting for Natches' story with great anticipation. Natches is that irresistible bad boy who broods more than either of his two cousins, and has secrets he shares with no one. He's the kind of hero that makes you want to be the woman he can turn to when the going gets rough.
Readers will be glad to know that those secrets are all revealed in NAUTI DREAMS. Both his familial relationships and his history with true love Chaya play a big part in the drama surrounding his hometown and loved ones. He must deal with all of his unresolved issues before he can bring the villains down.
As much as Natches prefers to keep his pain close to the vest, this noble man sacrifices all in order to do what is right. He'll give up anything in order to protect the people he loves, even from his own father.
Chaya is absolutely perfect for Natches. She goes toe to toe with him on more than one occasion, challenging him in ways that push him to his limits - often with some pretty tempestuous results. In a good way, of course. *grin*
But she is dealing with her own issues as well. The traumas Chaya has suffered would break most people, but have given her a backbone of steel, and an unwavering purpose in her mission to take down the terrorists who once destroyed her life and now her country.
NAUTI DREAMS has everything - action-adventure, suspense, drama, romance and some wickedly hot love scenes. Lora Leigh once again outdoes herself with a story that is bound to fly off the bookshelves as soon as it releases!

I have been anticipating Natches' story, NAUTI DREAMS, ever since he made his presence known in NAUTI BOY, Rowdy's story. I fell in love with his quick smile and his wicked personality and I found myself mesmerized by his veiled vulnerability. Deep down Natches ached. He ached for Chaya, the one woman that made him whole. Refusing to let her build walls between them, Natches single handedly turned the tables on every defense mechanism Chaya had and turned her reluctance and fears into the love of a lifetime. From his naughty good looks to his sensuous ability to make even a lady of the evening blush, Natches Mackay lives up to his name. He is quite simply a naughty dream of a man and Chaya is one lucky woman.
Lora Leigh lived up to her reputation as the `Mistress of Seduction' because NAUTI DREAMS was so hot that one match would have been enough to make me erupt into flames. Romance played a huge part in NAUTI DREAMS and I found myself in awe at how romantic, yet forceful, Natches was. Nothing was going to deter this Mackay from his mission and when the smoke cleared Chaya was well and truly caught - Natches Mackay style.
My favorite Nauti installment to date, NAUTI DREAMS is powerful and compelling. I have yet to fall out of love with Natches; however, the next installment of this great series, NAUTI INTENTIONS, just might give Natches a run for his money. It is the story of Alex Jansen and Janey Mackay and promises to be just as naughty as the rest!
