If you are looking for a simplistic oversized watch like I did... then your search ends here.

You could spend upwards of five hundred bucks for instance on a TW Steel watch that doesnt even have a automatic movement yet alone a shappire glass. I wanted an oversized watch but nothing too gangster. Other oversized potential watches are the invicta watches whose reputation was on the line. Some are cheap too and i think have a swiss movement.

Anyways, the point is this watch is massive, casual and can also be worn as a dress watch I find.

Reading the time is very easy. The leather strap is ok sofar after just about a month. It does scratch on the size of the stap when it rubs on the stap clip whose edges were machines and left very sharp. Just like the Lugs are on the inside -razor sharp.
The overall finish on the watch lookes okay. Its not polished steel you can see the machining lines which give it a look that I like anyhow.

The glass is very thick. You have to look at the watch almost dead on to tell time, since at an angle the refraction of the light through the thickness of the glass is significant and you can't tell time. The glass hasn't scrached yet... seems resistant.


The bottom line is this is a great watch for the value in the category of oversized watched. It doesnt feel flimsy and you get lots of compliments wearing it.

Quality - Well manufactured. There is nothing flimsy or loose. The chunky design is very sturdy.The crown is easy to use and operates well. Given the size it is not very heavy to wear.
Use - The large size is easy to wear and see. The luminous hands are bright and stay so throughout the night. There are no luminous markers for the hours. The leather band is thick but still supple and easy to use. Even though it is big I have not got it caught on things with daily use.
Timekeeping - I have only had it for a few weeks but it looks like it runs about 2 seconds fast per month.
Overall - A great watch for those seeking a large, easy to read timepiece. Great value for money compared with similar watches in other brands.

This is probably Nautica's biggest watch although if you read the specs it would state otherwise. It is a very simple yet classy watch. I find everything about it perfect. I like this watch so much that I am ordering the black one.
