I ordered a Nautica Bath Sheet, Hand Towel & Wash Cloth. The shipment was split into two sections, Bath Sheet in one package & Hand Towel & Wash Cloth in another. The Bath Sheet arrived at my daughter's home a day before the estimated delivery date. Although part of the same order, the package containing the Hand Towel & Wash Cloth were returned to Amazon by USPS due to "incorrect address". Amazon quickly processed a refund that has been applied to my account.

Previous and subsequent orders have all be very satisfactory.
