This is a very solid, secure, well-constructed stand that does exactly what it's suppose to do: provide plenty of stable support in a safe training environment. I've bought Nautilus equipment in the past and can assure you this one holds up to their trusted reputation for selling the "cadillac" of light commercial/home equipment. For the price, it's almost foolish to buy another brand.
