Got it half price as part of a special Amazon promotion, but I didn't realize how much bigger the case is than the GPS it protects. The width is okay (5 3/8", but could have been almost 1/2" shorter for a better fit) and so is the depth (1 1/4"), but the height is 4 1/8" compared to the 3" height of my Nuvi. So there is an inch of empty space on top, and whereas the unprotected Nuvi is pocketable, the Nuvi in this case is not. The case will protect my GPS, but I would much preferred it to be more form-fitting. My mistake for getting a universal case designed to fit a variety of GPS models.

While the construction of this case is very nice, it doesn't fit the Garmin Nuvi units that it's being promoted with. As the previous reviewer said, it's nearly an inch too big. It also has various open slots that prevent you from using the extra space to hold accessories.

The Garmin case fits the Nuvi widescreen units perfectly, and the side panels are rigid enough the protect the screen well. Despite the Amazon product title, it works fine with the 700-series Nuvis and not just the older 660. It's a much better choice for these units.

Cons:
This case is too big for slim Navigon 2100 Max which I have odered aswell and I like it very much. Also the case has too many openings - which will allow dust go into the unit if you keep it in a dusty and messy place - like my son's car. I could use this case as a lunch box, but I already have one. So I have returned it to Amazon.
Pros:
Leather quality is good, also magnetic lock is nice.

The case is too big for Navigon 7200T, makes it look stupid and lose all its slickness. One-size-fit-all is a bad idea here.

The case build quality is pretty good though.

The quality of this is good as it is designed for a universal GPS it leaves more space out when used for GARMIN and bit bulky in hand.

The case is large enough for easy access to the 7100. No struggling to remove the unit out or in the case.
The case opens like an envelope and held in place by velcro. The leather is stiff but does the job protecting the unit.

I wanted a case to protect my Tomtom Go 720 from scratches to the screen and shock. This case meets my needs; perfect expectation is a perfect fit so I gave it 4 stars due to the larger size. Otherwise, it's a nice five star case.

Additional note: The case I received did not have a strap ring, as shown in the picture. Opening on the bottom provides access to the USB port on the Go 720 unit.

Perfect fit. Could probably use a clip or strap for belt or over the shoulder.

It's a case. Not much to talk about. Except it's produced by Navigon and I'm using it for my TomTom GO920. It fits well. Enough said.

This product is pretty good for protecting larger GPS Units. However it is an overkill for my GARMIN Nuvi 650. If you don't intend to carry your unit with you other than driving. It is a very good protection for storing it in the cramped glove compartment or center console. But it you intend to take it along while you are hiking or biking, you'll be better off with a more compact case.

As a product the quality is very good and it looks quite durable. I expect it will outlive my GPS.

I suggest comparing the dimensions of your unit to the case measurements as, I later found out, there are more suitable ones.
