I add this powder to my other berry flavored nutritional powder smoothie. I do notice a boost in energy but not nervous energy. It does help my concentration at work as well. I bring up work because that is when i take it during my 10 hour swing shift. I am not half as tired by the end of the shift as I used to be. I was expecting it to turn my energy shake bitter but actually I didnt really notice any difference in the taste of my smoothie.

It was shipped quickly, was cheaper then most stores, was a nice bulk amount (since you only need to use a little bit of Maca in things), and the product was fresh and good.

I can't speak as an expert on this product. I believe Navitas is a good company, and they fulfill what they promise. However the product I bought had a taste that was hard to mask. Since I've only bought it once from this company, I don't know if the product was a little rancid or whether it was just one of those health foods you take because it is good for you but not pleasant to the taste. I kept it in the refrigerator the whole time I had it, but after a couple of months of taking up space, I finally threw it away to make room for other food items in my refrigerator. I believe in the health benefits of Maca powder, but decided if I will ever start taking it again to buy it in capsule form.
