The Editor-in-Chief for "The Congressional Medal of Honor, The Names, The Deeds" is and always has been Harley S. Shane who was the C.E.O. and Incorporator. Supportive evidence is available. Navy Cross of Vietnam book
I like it, but it has the previous owner's name on the inside cover and he wrote small tid-bits about some of the Navy Cross winners thur out the book. I used white out on all of those tid-bits and left the previous owner's name on the inside cover.

I like it, but it has the previous owner's name on the inside cover and he wrote small tid-bits about some of the Navy Cross winners thur out the book.
I used white out on all of those tid-bits and left the previous owner's name on the inside cover.
