About the Actor
Over half of Stew Smiths life has been devoted to athletics and exercise. From grade school to SEAL training, he has learned and developed several different training regimens. He realized his calling after literally hundreds of people were requesting his fitness knowledge.
While at the Naval Academy, he learned the term PT. PT, or physical training, builds muscle stamina and endurance without weights. After 4 years in the SEAL Teams, he was stationed back at the Naval Academy and put in charge of the physical training and selection of the future BUD/S students.
Since 1995, Stew has used this workout program and has yielded amazing results. After sending over thirty students to BUD/S, not a single man has quit and all have stated that they were physically prepared.
