Good Trailer/Van TV,
By
This review is from: Naxa 19" 12 Volt Widescreen LCD TV with DVD Player and Remote (Electronics)
Bought this for conversion van, replacing old kec 13bnl. Picked it cuz supposed to be good brand for trailers, vans, to handle vibration. Also a tv that maxes screen size without adding much to tv size. In other words, it's the smallest 19" tv I could find. It's also extremely light and thin and has very low power consumption. Input Outputs are sufficient, tho I do wish it had regular red white audio-out plugs (it has 3.5" and coaxial for output). 12v car adapter has a very long cord, which would be very handy if I needed it (I spliced it into my power wire from previous tv). Pic quality and HOR angle (important if in trailer) when playing DVDs are decent, better than 22" Haier I bought for trailer. Pic settings are very simple and easy to adjust. I don't know what the "waterglass" widescreen format is but it seems to be the be best setting to watch widescreen discs on, the truest to use the most of the actual screen without stretching the picture and making people either very fat or very thin. Price here was best I could find. I actually bought this on another site but this is about the same price (just longer shipping than the deal I found).
EDIT: Oh, I forgot I wanted to mention the memory function. None of the TV built-in DVD players I have (3 others) save your place on the disc when the TV loses power, this one does. This is a great feature for van or trailer because the kids often don't get thru a movie before we stop for dinner or gas, etc, and then they have to search for the spot they were at to continue the movie. With this TV you turn the TV back on and it just starts playing at where it cut off.

Tremendous picture quality, best I have ever seen anywhere. I mounted this in our travel trailer and run it off of 12 volts. The DVD player is awesome. The only negative I have found is the speakers can get a little buzz to them from certain sound frequencies. I corrected this by adjusting the sound setting. I had never heard of the NAXA brand and was a little skeptical about buying it. Since this is our third try at getting a good one for the trailer I decided to go ahead and give it a try. So far I'm glad I did. I would definitely recommend it.

We bought this TV to use in our camper van. The LG that we brought along a few times stopped functioning correctly (we think due to road vibration). We hope that this product is better designed for the road. This TV seems to have good audio and video and the DVD player is a bonus. Will add more once we take it for a road trip.
