This was bought for watching movies while dry camping in or motor home. It works great on 12 volt and has very little battery drain. The TV arrived with a faulty 12 volt cord but the Company responded very quickly and sent a new one immediately.

Screen and picture quality is very good. Viewable from all angles. Sound is pathetic...sounds like tinny little speakers (which IS exactly what it has!). Better to use headphones or attach to external sound system. Remote is very hard to use...must use two hands to push down very hard on buttons for a response. (I will return remote for replacement, so might be a one-time issue - TBD).Haven't tried with 12 volts yet...
