My Chinese SKS did not have the grenade launcher or the muzzle break, so it would jump up badly after each firing. This break does the job just fine, I can now put all rounds in a spot about a quarter diameter without re-aiming.

This muzzle brake solved the loose fitting falling off problem associated with most muzzle brakes. The clamp that goes around the front site, is firm, and tight. Although the muzzle brake is heavy, it does exactly what is is designed to do. On a side note, it also improved accuracy of the rifle.

very well made and good looking muzzle break, a 7 year old could install. It comes with the allen wrench also. some red locktight may help, so have it ready

I gave this muzzel break 4 stars because it went right on my Norinco SKS with no problem, however it threw the POI (Point Of Impact) way off! But it really makes it look cool! I know that wont mean squat in a fire fight though. It also dosent really reduce the kick at all. The same thing for the M44 Nagat works great though!

This muzzle break would not stay tight and caused errant shots. When I tried to tighten the screws down, one of them broke off in the threads. This one is going in the garbage where it belongs.

really no aftermarket sks muzzle breaks with a good review before i ordered this one. it is great! fits perfect and does the job!

It looks cool but it does not fit right. When you screw the back brace piece in, the muzzle break shifts off center. This is very dangerous and should never be used. I tried few fixes and adjustments but still could not align it properly. I am not sure if I got a defective one, but you get what you pay for. Be careful and make sure that the break is centered properly for safe operation. I am going to keep it as another reminder of how expensive cheap things can be.

The muzzle brake works as advertised and is easy to clean. It fits my Romanian SKS well. The vendor was prompt and I received the part in only a few days after ordering.

This piece looks great on the SKS, however I have found after the first day at the range that both bolts holding the harness around the front sight are bent the harness is almost falling of. Tried to remove the bolts at home - both broke off. Now need to re-thread and install stronger bolts.
