This is a must read for anyone who feels they are just trying to get by. It also releases you from the chains of drudgery in work you really don't want to do.

The words are very simple and the book is small. It is very inspiring and I can't put it down until finish.

4.0 out of 5 stars Has some important messages about abundance and livelihood, January 27, 2009
This review is from: Neale Donald Walsch on Abundance and Right Livelihood: Applications for Living series (Hardcover)
This book is a transcript of a meeting Donald had with about 40 people in 1999, on the subject of abundance. There a some nice little stories in here about abundance and livelihood, but there are a couple of messages that really stand out. Firstly, '"In the absence of that which you are not, that which you are, is not". it literally took me some days to get my head around this, but when I did, I understood my present circumstances concerning abundance much clearer. Read the book to understand the meaning, it is quite profound. The second important theme in this transcript (book), is about beingness. Most of us on the planet have put beingness, before doingness. In other words we are doing things to be somebody. As Donald rightly points out, we have it backwards my friends. Beingness, comes before doingness! Again, read the book or one of the conversations book for clarity. I like this little book, I return to it occasionally to remind myself about these two points. For that alone, it is worth the price of admission.
