We have tried so many falafel mixes. This is the one that has incredible texture and flavor after it is cooked. Also, many mixes don't stick together during the frying process; this one keeps its shape. The taste is flavorful but not overpowering. Try it with raita, cucumber, tomato, all inside a flatbread or pita bread. Delicious; highly recommended.
