Dr. Brock-Utne has taught at Stanford for nearly two decades and in Scandinavia and South Africa before that. In a wonderfully readable fashion he brings his narrative skill and clinical acumen to bear on 47 episodes of potentially lethal changes in the operating room during pediatric cases. Each case is carefully described and the problem, its impact and the ultimate solution and its cause are described in fascinating detail.This is a wonderfully interesting read.. Don't miss it. |
