Brilliant
This book suggests that psychiatry may not be the 'answer' to mental illness, and provides great insight into the lives of those living with mental illness. An enjoyable and interesting read for everyone.

before you buy
okay...I have not read this one, (I'll admit) but I have watched his MANY videos on Y0utub3. Check this guy out before you buy. See your Doctor before you buy. Talk to friends before you buy into his "theories". please.
