The product works but it's not for those that are prone to jaw problems. I was healed from TMJ many years ago but with advice from my chiropractor to get this to help alleviate neck pain I bought it. But started to get a sore jaw from it. So I can't use it as often as I would like. For those not prone to jaw problems it's a perfect product.

Purchased Neck Pro some time back to use as a traveling device in lieu of my floor based pneumatic traction unit. My first use of the Neck Pro gave me severe pain and that persisted for 4 to 5 days. Discontinued use and contacted company for return and refund but they would not return my call. Thus product is not recommended in my view. Adrian Moore

I've used this model of the Neckpro for over a year. It is easy to use, really simple set up and adustments. If I could improve one thing it would be to have longer fastening straps. I have already recommended it to famly and friends.

The neck brace I ordered came when promised and works as described. Directions have been clear and easy to follow.
